Your Responsibilities:
  • Problem-solving/putting forward best working practice for fitting brake components
  • Working in conjunction with our distributors to persuade owners/fitters to buy TMD products
  • Making garage calls, either alone or accompanied by the Distributor rep, to win business for the particular distributor on TMD products
  • Train distributor representatives and TMD staff to improve their knowledge of TMD products
  • Present training evenings with both garage and distributor staff relating to braking systems and tools required for the job
  • Help develop Technical training platforms
Your Profile:
  • Excellent knowledge of braking systems
  • Technical knowledge of vehicles and a minimum of Level 2 in motor vehicle technology or equivalent and HGV knowledge an advantage
  • Be computer literate and able to formulate reports – Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Have a good standard of general education
  • Have excellent communication
  • Be prepared to work/stay away from home and work unsociable hours
  • Have a full, current and clean driving licence
