Your Responsibilities:
  • Achieve/exceed sales budget
  • Clear performance expectation – grow sales on PC & CV products through attention to distributor stock-holding, promotions & staff training
  • Visit all accounts against agreed time scales, alongside planned objectives
  • Pursue market information and report accordingly
  • Identify growth opportunities and devise plan of action
  • Win new account business, particularly in unrepresented areas
  • Develop existing customer base through sales support for existing accounts
  • Liaise with other sections of AM team to improve performance
  • Liaise with other departments within TMD, e.g. Finance, Marketing to aid progress
