Your Responsibilities:

You guarantee a friendly and professional first-level support in order and delivery processing as well as customer service. Your tasks include:

  • Complete and timely handling of orders and deliveries for German, international and intercompany customers
  • Ability to build long term relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Contribution to process improvement projects in the internal organisation
  • Order processing in SAP combined with product availability assessment
  • Securing timely delivery of automotive spare parts to wholesalers
  • Challenging internal departments like transport planning, distribution and sales ensuring a prerequisites are fullfilled
  • Follow up and customer communication on backorders, customer returns and price changes
  • Entry of customer and pricing masterdata
  • Negotiation on delivery dates, backordering and customer returns
  • Conscientious maintenance of pricing, discounts and customer masterdata
  • Influencing ability of internal and extern stakeholders, balancing customer and internal interests
Your Profile:
  • Student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration or comparable
  • Professionality in customer contact
  • Talent for building relationships
  • SAP experience
  • German and English language skills
  • Conscientiousness
  • Ability to work in team, loyal and reliable appearance
  • Can-do mentality
