Competitive remuneration
Respecting local conditions at our different TMD Friction sites, we offer a competitive salary and a benefits package to our employees. In most countries, we are bound by the tariff system of the chemical industry which determines income per tariff group.
Employee support
All our employees worldwide have access to our Employee Assistance Program which offers 24/7 support with professional and private matters, including stress, finance, health and more. Employees can rely on full anonymity as this service is provided by an external company.

With our TMD Academy, we offer our employees a global platform to learn and develop. Next to classical formats like Live Online Trainings, you can also benefit from state-of-the-art self-directed learning tools and other formats to integrate learning individually into your working day.
Health and wellbeing
Physical and mental health is the basis for everything we do, both professionally and privately. Apart from our Employee Assistance Program, all TMD sites actively promote physical and mental health through different campaigns and programs, e.g. company bikes or local health days and other campaigns and programs.
